In light of the recent Superbowl, is it possible that a 15-yard penalty for excessive post-touchdown celebrations may be a slight overreaction to what is simply "unscripted, improvised entertainment running counter to the elaborately staged, exuberant and frequently over-the-top entertainment spectacle that is NFL football?"
Yes, I think so. Just let the men be happy.
